KABUL: Cross Durand Line rocket attack killed three children in eastern Kunar province, said local officials in the province. The provincial governor, Shuja-ul-Mulk Zalala, while confirming the reports said that a rocket fired from Pakistan hit a house in Marwara district of the province killing three children injured eight civilians. He added that the victims of the incident were members of one family. Security officials in the province said that an Afghan border policeman was also killed in rocket attack from other side of Durand Line. They said that it was not clear yet that whether the rockets were fired by Pakistani military or militants. Kunar is one of the volatile provinces of Afghanistan, where rocket shillings from Pakistan is an opt-reported issue. Both residents and officials in the bordering province has constantly urged the government to show reaction against the continued rocket and missile incursion into Kunar from Pakistan.
