KAKATIYAS: History of Kakatiyas:1)Kaktiyas Ruled AP btw 1050-1350 AD!! Capital is current Warangal... 2.)The First Kings of Kakatiyas were Jains. During that time, Jainism used to be very high in whole AP. 3)All of the current old temples were once Jain temples. These were forcefully converted into Shiva temples. 4)Veera Shiavas used to remove the main idol of Jains god in the temple, and used to place Shiva Linga in place of it. 5)Then started Veera Shaiva propaganda.Vera Shaiva converted jain kings and force Shaivism on the people. Jains were Killed/tortured to convert. 6)By 1200 AD, Jainism completely ceased to exists in AP 7)Then comes Vaishnavas from South...Both Shaivas and Vaishnavas fought with each other very fiercely... 8)A peot during Kakatiyas time wrote that, Lord Balajis idol was a Jains one and Vaishnawas converted it into Vishnus 9)During Kakatiyas rule, Velamas and Reddies are given the weight equally by the kings..Reddies were Shaivas, Velamas were Vaishnavas 10)This difference btw Reddy and Velamas lead to the fall of Kakatiyas as both fought with each other thr by weakened each other. 11)Reddies came to AP from North India and were very religious..Velamas came from KKa and were Social Liberals. 12)Allayuddin Khiji sent Malik Kafir to wage war against Kakatiyas in 1296 AD. This Malik Kafir was a Dalit, converted into Islam. Malik GAFOOR an eunuch. 13)This Malik Kafir did many atrocities on Hindus and killed Thousands of Hindus!! He destroyed entire entire Srirangam and all Srivaishnavas living there.Destroyed many HINDU temples in TN. 14)Muslims initially failed to break the outer wall of the Kakatiyas fort. Its width was 12,546 foot!! Later they succeeded!! 15)Warangal used to be a large beautiful and rich city in South India and Muslim invaders totally ruined it after they invaded it!! 16)When Muslims trying to break the wall of Kakatiyas, Kakatiyas used to pour Hot oil on them!! This book describes how Hindus fought too. 17)Thr used to be a mechanism in place to re-convert the Muslims back into Hinduism...during Kakatiyas times.... 18)Velamas used to organize Lunch for all Castes including lower castes..during Kakatiyas time which Reddies clearly opposed. 19)This also lead the differences btw them and they moved away from each other.... They and VIJAYANAGAR SAMRAJ were 2 big HINDU samrajyas.With Malik Gafoor(kafir) invasion to South, the Hindu mainly VAISHNAVITE community was terribly displaced. Madurantagam,Tiruvahindrapuram,Kanchi, Oppiliappan koil,Tanjore &Kandiyur to name a few. Many took shelter @ Tirumala running away from various villages in TN and returned back after peace restored. All HINDUS should be always united to protect ourselves from these enemies.No use of fight which GOD is big.Let us leave it to few intellectuals who discuss this @theoretical level and let us all be united and support them from behind.
