KAKISTOCRACY--( a response to my friend that asked me to define it. ) Kakistocracy actually is defined as a form of government where the lowest elements in society rise to the highest positions of governance over others. The principle goes all the way back to the book of Daniel where Nebuchadnezzar states concerning himself , "I know that the most high rules among men and PUTS THE LOWEST OF MEN over the affairs of others. " This, of course, is proven over and over again in governance. Thomas Paine addresses this idea in his writting to Edmond Burke when he refers to the king of England being a bastard child of the Hapsburg throne, meaning, not just the genealogical reality of being an illegitimate child, but expressing all the genetic diminishment that could come into the human species by generations of inbreeding. We see this effect especially in societies controlled by a system of bureaucracy going back to the ancient Chinese and the rise of the Mandarins. Our usual modern terminology for such effect in "rulership over others" is called THE PETERS PRINCIPLE. This concept describes the process of PROMOTING an incompetent staff member in order to get them out of your sphere of operation, a process which many said was how De guall got into power over the French army during WWII. This seems to be the DEFAULT POSITION of humanity. The USMC did an IQ study of all marines in the early 1970s according to their MOS numbers. They found the mean average number and then found two things that surprised them. 1. They found that the MPs were 12 IQ points below average, and 2. They found that the FORCE RECON was 12 points above the mean IQ average of the corps. The conclusion that the USMC drew about their service members was as follows: PEOPLE OF LOWER IQ GRAVITATE TOWARDS POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY OVER OTHERS, and THOSE OF HIGHER IQ GRAVITATE TOWARDS POSITIONS NOT IN CHARGE OF OTHERS LIVES. This proved out all that has been said concerning this concept of kakistocracy. People of lesser intelligence and of lesser nobility of soul cannot understand the idea of freedom. These people feel that EITHER THEY RUN THE LIVES OF OTHERS, or SOMEONE RUNS THEIR LIFE. Either way the idea of free and independent thinking or action is not something they either understand OR relate to. These people are the entire camp of statists which are by nature either fascists like obama, or sycophants like his followers. These people have NO concept that men do not need someone other than their creator to govern them. In their mind an animal cannot live unless it is on a farm governed by a farmer. To them freedom of thought actions and ideas is scary, or, as obama said at Hampton University here in VA his first year in office "there is too much information available for us to properly rule." When he said this he got a standing ovation from the sycophantic idiots that were there at his speech. My conclusion is that the vacuum of a wasted mind drives a person to crave strong authority figures over themselves and leads to this state of kakistocracy, especially among those who refuse to be governed by God. A lot more could be sad about this reality, but I have said enough.
