KAPTAANs vision of Naya Pakistan. (Its Simple) 1) Election Commission will be the most autonomous and powerful institution of Pakistan to ensure free and fair elections. 2) Must clear out with IMF and all Foreign Debts by collection of taxes, revenue from State Owned Enterprises and Donations. 3) 200 Top professionals from Pakistan and from around the world will be made heads of 200 state owned institutions like PIA, Railways, Pak Steel etc etc and given 3 years to make them one of the best in the world. 4) Top priority to fixing Police and Courts. 5) One Education system for the whole country---for all private and government schools. 6) Government funds to be spent on basic infrastructure and needs of the people (Hospitals, Schools etc) rather than Luxury Infrastructure (Motorways, Metro Busses and Trains) In all, Naya Pakistan is where INSTITUTIONS will run the country, not Individuals.....Individuals will come and go, but Institutions will stay.
