KARTIK GOUDA is a lucky young man , for , under all those uncalled-for initiatives of the MODI-JAITLEY combine since 2002 , from when Jaitley has negotiated for almost all the men in the judiciary for presents as also gifts all over India , this KARTIK GOWDA is benefitting now . for , how can a man accused of rape , cheating , and criminal intimidation , ducking the notices of the judiciary thrice and being already declared as a bhagoda , immediately get an anticipatory bail , unless we club this case along with how others in the Sangh-BJP fold are getting bail orders like cake-walks ????? as far as my experience and knowledge of law is concerned , the court that has granted anticipatory bail to Kartik Gowda , i am aghast as to how it must have referred to an earlier precedent - MURALITEEDHARAN VRS STATE OF KERALA 2001 - where in the SC observed that since the custodial interrogation is so indispensably necessary to unearht all the links involved in by the criminal conspiracy which virtually lead to capital tragedy . so , anticipatory bail , unlike the regular one is a juduicial over-reach ????
