KASAALA EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP-15th August 2014, the deadline for payment for the Kasaala Education scholarship has passed and only three people have paid. Alfred Kyeva has required for opinion about extending the payment period but members who have pledged have not replied. I propose the following that we can extend the payment period to 31st December 2014; this is about five months from Now. I still believe that the people below offered to pledge in good faith, and are determined to honour their pledges, and i think until the end of this year, is enough period for all of us to act. Mahtma Gandhi once said be the change you want to see in the world. That means if you face corruption in Kenya, instead of complaining about it do not give a bribe. If you see many problems in Kitui South, be part of the solution of helping alleviate them. I still believe that the people listed below, are the true leaders of Kasaala Location, who with all honesty and efforts will transform it in one way or another. However, this will depend on if we act on our promise. If by 31st December 2014, we will not have honoured our pledges, then we will all agreed that we thought well, but our hearts failed to back up our good intentions with actions.
