KAYIHURA MAY VOLUNTARILY RESIGN BUT LATER THEN APPOINTED TO OVERSEE THE REVOLUTION OF THE POLICE: Unlike Mugisha Muntu who believes that Kayihura will not resign and president Museveni wont sack him, Ive got a strong feeling that Kale Kayihura will eventually resign his position as IGP because his reputation is now so badly damaged, but i can see the president reassigning him to oversee top changes in the police or ministry of internal affairs. Thats how it works in modern politics and loyalty. Loyalty is a rare thing to come by in management and it is usually rewarded. For example, If somebody steals 1 dollar worth of goods from a store in USA, he has a criminal record for ever and is sent to jail: Yet the bankers of wall street milked the banks, left them empty shells, pocketed billions BUT they were appointed to oversee their rescue instead of being sent to jails!!!! It is like letting a fox to oversee a chicken house. The secret is hidden in the the two words: CONNECTIONS and LOYALTY.
