KBOO Community Radio & SANTÉ Aesthetics & Wellness are Proud to Co-sponsor...A Touch Of Portland 2014: An Exploration in Healing hosted by TAKIMBA A Touch of Portland is a KBOO Benefit that focuses on the healing arts. It gives participants a chance to sample multiple healing modalities in a comfortable setting. This year is exciting as we will be hosting a block party taking place Aug 16th on nw 17th between Davis and Everett. One side will have Organic food provided by local restauranteurs and the other will feature a stage for the live broadcast on 90.7fm KBOO. The stage will feature live performances and toggle between electronic and acoustic acts sprinkled with spoken word. Attendees will purchase $10 tickets that they can then redeem at any of our 12 booths for 10 minutes of said modality. We will have booths with massage, acupuncture, reiki, shiatsu, and more. Patrons can use up to 3 tickets (30 mins) on each individual healer but there is no limit over all.
