KC for Dicks birthday, it was a good time, Susie is such a caring wife. It now hurts for Dick to walk all the time. It has been a 20 year battle, and it is starting to win, but he doesnt complain, he just keeps moving forward like its not there. I pray for God to ease the pain for my friend, but I know there will not be much relief, until it is done. While I will miss him terribly, I will know his suffering will be done. We all face these things in our lives, but it never seems fair. I will just continue to try and be there for my friend. For that is all I can do. Some day we all will be in a better place, together. That makes me smile.
