KCPC is hiring for: Evaluator in KAMIAH, ID Details Job ID: 1507697 Posted Date: 07/23/2014 Company: Kamiah Community Partners Coalition Location: KAMIAH, ID Position Type: Long Term, 6 Hours per Week Salary: Depends on experience Could be up to $750 a month. Will be a flat monthly salary. Pay Type: Hour Shift: Days Qualifications: Experience: 12 Months Education: Some College Drivers License: None Required Occupational License: Will have to be approved by the state and be on their list as an approved evaluator or get on list. Duties: The evaluator shall develop and utilize evaluation protocols to track and report outcomes for the following five main areas. 1. Improvement within the community of the overall scope of KCPC actions, goals and mission statement. 2. Coordination between KCPC staff, board, and members, community, funders, youth, other community organizations and businesses. 3. Accountability of KCPC staff, activities, projects and grants. 4, Celebration of successes as goalshare met. 5. Sustainability of the coalition. The evaluator shall use a minimum of five steps to analyze KCPC contributions to actual outcomes: 1.Collect output data, i.e. attendance at meetings, events, trainings, etc. 2. Establish a time sequence. 3. Demonstrate plausible mechanisms for assumptions made in KCPC plans and goals. 4. Account for alternative explanations and external factors which affect perceptions of KCPC programs and the organization. 5.Show similar effect in similar context. The evaluator shall assist in compilation of four main outputs: 1. Community Change: analysis of actual change effected by KCPC including perception and assumptions by the community. 2. Services Provided : tracking and analysis of participation and other relevant data for activities, training, and programs offered by KCPC. 3. Resources: tracking and analysis of resources received/generated by KCPC for events or activities. 4. Media Presence: tracking and analysis of costs/return on investment (ROJ) of print/radio/web advertising, newspaper articles, web site statistics, and other media use as necessary. The evaluator also shall also: Compile, analyze and report data necessary to participate in the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) grant. National Cross-Site Evaluation as required for SPF grantees. Monitor the long-term goals of SPF grant. Help establish an Evaluation Plan for the SPF Grant. Complete the evaluation section of the required federal Coalition Online Management and Evaluation Tool (COMET) report. Develop and/or modify on line/paper/verbal survey instruments as needed for data collection and analysis. Assist with evaluation of KCPC programming and events as needed. Develop and conduct a KCPC member satisfaction survey bi-annually; analyze data, and report results to KCPC members. Provide monthly status reports to the KCPC Board of Directors, Project Coordinator and Project Supervisor. Attend the annual KCPC membership meeting, and present a report of year-to-date outcomes and recommendations Complete assignments in a timely manner according to a mutually-agreed schedule.
