KEA held an extra ordinary meeting today to discuss recent developments in Kashmir,Kashti war and Muzzaffar Nagar.It is getting increasingly hard for all of us to issue condemnations and voices of protest against the continuous brutal and ruthless killings of our brethren. Hapless Kashmiris are now cynical about strikes,bandhs and civil cufews.There seems to be no end to the civil right abuse, excessive use of power and sadistic behavior which the armed forces have got used to. It seems that all the atrocities committed are with a sinister plan and the last few months have unfolded the realities many times over. Killings in Gool,communal riots in Kashtiwar and Shopian murders have all similar writings. A plan to push Muslims against the wall of no return..a wall that will make them helpless and miserable…wall where Muslims feel caged and therefore, bow down and beg for existence. As if the Muslims of this state were not enough for this behavior that communal elements in India looked at other places.Muzzaffarnagar is yet another example of this sinister plan where Muslims are being killed in a systematic manner after Gujarat. The State of JK has a Muslim majority. It has a so called Muslim chief Minister with a large section of so called Muslim ministers. The major opposition parties are represented and headed by many so called Muslim leaders. All of them speak, if they ever do, only when they need favour of the people..votes, which only a fraction cast and these voters have agendas other than well being of fellow citizens. Kashmir has become a hunting ground for power and money.KEA feels that our existence is in danger and alternate plan of action to thwart the sinister and dirty plans of people at the helm of affairs, is to be thought and followed .We request our people to be patient and steadfast .Eventual victory will be ours but we have to work in unison and follow the path shown and taught by our Prophet SAW. We know appealing the powers that exist won’t get us anywhere, yet we ask them to make an effort and look deep and inside. No one has lived for ever to enjoy power and money. Wealth they are amassing to ensure the future of their children won’t get peace. They should learn from Bill Gates and Warren Buffett’s kind. Let them for once act with conscience and stand for morals. They will get some inner peace by feeling the pain of people and giving them relief which they deserve.
