KEEP THY HEART The Bible says, Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life (Prov. 4:23 NKJV). I was medidating this afternoon and the Holy Spirit whispered to me, Do you know the difference between you, a normal human being and a witch/wizard?. Ummmmn ..., I grunted and that got me thinking. These are my findings: There is a very thing line between a normal, ordinary, innocent human being and witches/wizards. All things emanate from the heart. At times, we juxtapose heart and mind, it all depends on what we want to disseminate. Im not in any way against Angelology. I studied it too, even to a very advanced stage, but one of my highly reverred Bible teacher, Reverend Kunle Obe, was very honest with me in 1993, when he told me that, while it is good to study angelology, demonology, eschatology, pneumatology and all other lologies, what will sustain you in the ministry is how you handle the daily experiences of life. In essence, what the Holy Spirit taught me this evening, was quite different and more real than what I learnt in the Bible College. A young, innocent, loving, amiable, easy-going man today may, if care is not taken, tomorrow become a deadly, most loathed sorcerer. How and why? It depends on what you allow your heart to dwell in, or allow to dwell in your heart. If your heart is full of good thoughts, these will flow out of you and reflect in your words and deeds. The same goes for evil thoughts. Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure of the heart bringeth forth evil things. (Matt. 12:33-35). The above Scripture explains it all. You cant give what you dont have. You will only issue out from what you have in the treasure of your heart. The question now is, What are your thoughts - evil or good? If for instance, a bus is driving past and you think in your heart, I wish this bus somersaults, brother, thats evil, you are a wizard already and before you know it, the bus may somersault. The next thing now is for you to start drifting towards people who have your type of heart and start relating with them. Once there, that is the kingdom of darkness. But I pray you will NEVER join them. Amen. Keep your heart and be blessed!
