KEEP WORKING TO FREE MERIAM IBRAHIM!!!! Just received this in my e-mail: Sudan is playing a political game with Meriam Ibrahims life. It promised to free her and then retracted that statement this weekend. It forced her to give birth in shackles last week. Shes still on death row for her Christian faith. She faces torture - 100 lashes for marrying an American Christian - before she is to be hung. Its pure evil. Her son Martin, a toddler, and her newborn daughter Maya - both U.S. citizens - suffer in prison with her. Sudan has publicly stated that executing her for being a Christian isnt violating human rights. In the same statement, it outrageously claimed it supports religious freedom. Sudan is spinning deception to silence outrage. But it is listening to the world. Were fully engaged across the globe to fight for their freedom. But we must hear from you.
