KENYA SUGAR BOARD TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CANTEEN SERVICES -TENDER NO. KSB/T/34/2013 Kenya sugar Board invites sealed tenders from candidates for supply of Canteen Services to its staff and visitors. Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents from the Purchasing Officer, Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters, Sukari Plaza, and Upper Kabete off Waiyaki Way during normal office working hours i.e. Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. A complete tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1000 (One thousand) in cash or bankers cheque payable to Kenya Sugar Board. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the closing date of the tender. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked TENDER FOR CANTEEN SERVICES and deposited in the tender box provided at the reception of Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters or be addressed and posted to:- The Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters , Sukari Plaza, Off Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 51500 - 00200, NAIROBI To be received on or before 22nd November 2013 at 11.00 AM Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at Kenya Sugar Board Headquarters Boardroom at 11.20 AM local time.
