How can she summon President Uhuru Kenyatta who is above the law and has an immunity to prosecution to ICC. “Today, 19 September 2014, Trial Chamber V(b) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) vacated the trial commencement date in the case The Prosecutor v. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta, which had been provisionally scheduled for 7 October 2014. The Chamber also convened two public status conferences for 7 and 8 October 2014 at 10:00 (The Hague local time), to discuss the status of cooperation between the Prosecution and the Kenyan Government and issues raised in the Prosecution’s Notice of 5 September 2014, respectively. Uhuru is required to attend day two of the conference. A Representative of the Kenyan Government will attend the first status conference.
