KENYATTAS CASE AT ICC MUST BE REFERRED TO ASP OWING TO LACK OF COOPERATION AND REFUSAL TO COMPLY BY THE GOVERNMENT OF KENYA: And now, he shamefully says that ICC is a threat to Kenyas reconciliation! Nooo! Mr. Kenyatta is the one who is a threat to Kenyas reconciliation effort by ordering his government to hide the truth. In case he has forgotten or he does not know because as Ojeer twitted DOPE, please tell him this: that RECONCILIATION comes third after TRUTH and JUSTICE in that order. Mr. Kenyatta must stop misleading the flock! But listen Kenyans:- If you drunk all your January school fees at mucatha bar and killed all your goats in your homestead in celebration that Kenyas NUMBER 1 GENOCIDE INDICTEE and notorious Central Bank robber who is a celebrated toilet opener, Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta is FREE, think again because the humble lady from Gambia, Fatou Bensouda is not done yet. KENYATTA IS NOT YET FREE FROM CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY! There is NO way on earth that Kenyattas cousin who is also Kenyas Attorney General Mr. Githu Muigai can fool or outfox the world justice system into believing that Kenyatta is a destitute who does not have any phones and no records of mobile phone communications ever existed, does not posses land and there are no records of such, does not have a bank account and there are no bank transactions or does not have any property in his name. NO WAY!!! ASP must sit and look into whether the government of Kenya complied with the order or request from ICC in relation to Kenyatta case or not. Otherwise this will set an irreversible negative precedent for the court, victims and future indictees. MAY JUSTICE TO BOTH THE ACCUSED AND THE VICTIMS SLITHER ITS WAY IN BETWEEN THE ROCKS THAT KENYATTA HAS ERECTED ON ITS PATH. the-star.co.ke/news/icc-threat-kenyas-reconciliation-uhuru the-star.co.ke/news/uhuru-not-yet-free-bensouda
