KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER-FACILITY SERVICES-PROPERTY MNG-SP–LATAM Our client, European Multinational Company, leader in Facility services, expanding their operation thru Latin America: Reporting to : EMEA Regional Key Account Directors Experience in management and co-ordination on the Facility Services delivery to complex client accounts, in order to meet the business and contract objectives through a sustainable cohesive and cost effective organization, ensuring that all Contract requirements are met from a functional perspective. Day-to-day operations delivered by the country groups.The post holder based in Brazil with easy access to the main customer locations. Main Responsibilities: • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, based on trust ensuring that contractual responsibilities are met across the Region • Develop and extend the Client opportunity, manage and oversee the contract to ensure financial and commercial performance: sales, operating margin, cash. • Successful roll-out, implementation and ongoing performance of company strategy and internal programs thru region, working collaboratively with the Key Account Management team to ensure knowledge sharing and common working practices, delivering and developing the Company Value Chain • Ensure measurement and reporting related to Scorecard, Key Performance Indicators and SLA’s supporting continuous improvement and development of all key areas of the company service delivery • Manage audit and control routines, development of gap analysis and corrective actions as appropriate • Drive through Environmental, Health and Safety processes and procedures as required by the Client and HQ • Review and influence profit and loss of overall account in conjunction with local country Account managers as appropriate • Support Account Director with the retention and growth of the Account relationship. Support proposal activity for potential new customers when requested, development of business processes and procedures, and ensure the ongoing performance of all current and future company programs • Actively contribute to training and development programs in order to ensure that Company retain the necessary skills within the business. Profile: • Relevant experience in Facilities and Property Management. • Strong market knowledge and the ability to develop and deliver facility services solutions. • Capacity to lead Account Management teams in multi-cultural and multi-country environment. • Excellent Customer Service and Commercial Skills • Focuses on the achievement of financial targets and views issues in terms of costs, profits, and added value. • Passionate about creativity and enjoys developing news ways to present ideas. • Excellent communication skills, spoken as well as written, influential, diplomatic and assured Education * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or MBA in Business Administration, Economy , Engineering, Logistics or related areas, * At least 7 year(s) of working experience Facilities and Property Management * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communications skills; leadership skills, people management, sales and results oriented * English speaking – fluent - Spanish desirable If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to [email protected] , subject: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – FACILITIES - SP
