KFA mom Bridget has a movie review to share with you: Friends with food allergies, I just want to give you a heads up that the movie The Boxtrolls has a graphic food allergy storyline. The villain has 2 severe reactions to cheese and eventually explodes. If anyone wants more details so they can decide if its right for their kids, Im happy to share more. I just dont want anyone to feel as blindsided as we did. The character is quite scary regardless, but those scenes are long, scary and hard to watch if its your reality. If your child has anxiety about their food allergies, skip it.
