Posted in Front Page Staff Reporter SHILLONG, March 14: The Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) has released its list of portfolios of the Executive Members. The Chief Executive Member of KHADC, Ardent Miller Basaiawmoit has allocated the portfolios amongst the members of the Executive Committee in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 31 of the Assam and Meghalaya Autonomous District, Constitution of District Councils Rules 1951. The other positions in the KHADC are: the Deputy Chief Executive Member-Teinwell Dkhar, and Executive Members are Latiplang Kharkongor, K Phlasting Pangniang, James Ban Basaiawmoit, L Goodleaderson Nongsiej, Grace Mary Kharpuri, Process T Sawkmie, Hadrian Lyngdoh, Donkupar Sumer and Rona Khymdeit. Ardent Miller Basaiawmoit- Chief Executive Member - General Administration, Finance, Establishment, Appointment, Posting and Transfer and any other matters not allotted to any Members. Teinwell Dkhar- Deputy Chief Executive Development, Planning and Member Arts and Culture. Latiplang Kharkongor -Executive Member - Trade and Enforcement. K Phlasting Pangniang -Executive Member - Elaka Administration and Revenue Collection. James Ban Basaiawmoit -Executive Member - Labor License and Resource Mobilization. L Goodleaderson Nongsiej -Executive Member - Transport, Information and Technology and Town Committee. Grace Mary Kharpuri -Executive Member - Taxation and Education. Process T Sawkmie- Executive Member - Water Resources and Fisheries Hadrian Lyngdoh -Executive Member - Council Building and Public Health and Sanitation. Donkupar Sumer -Executive Member - Market, Mines and Minerals and Youth Affairs Rona Khymdeit- Executive Member - Law and Legal Matters and marriage and Divorce.
