KIDS SPECIAL..........14 1 MINUTE CHEESE TOAST INGREDIENTS 3-4 slices of bread (brown/multi grain/ white) 1 cup grated processed cheese 2 tbsp corn 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum ½ tbsp chopped olives Salt to taste 1 tsp oregano METHOD Toast bread slices in toaster till crisp and golden brown in color. In a bowl, grate processed cheese; add corn and chopped capsicum and olives. Add salt and oregano. Mix well. Put this mixture over toasted bread slices. Keep bread slices in microwave for 1 minute or till cheese melts. Your yummy cheesy toast is ready to melt in your mouth. DEPENDING ON TYPE OF MICROWAVE MIGHT TAKE MORE OR LESS TIME TO MELT CHEESE. BREAD SHOULD NOT BE OVER TOASTED OR IT WILL BECOME HARD AFTER BECOMING COLD.
