KISAUNI COUNTY GOVERNMENT IN MOMBASA KENYA. The New Constitution put Old Kenyan Government in to two Governments which are now Central Government and 47 County Governments with their leadership different from the old Constitution which had only one Central Government under the President.Now the leadership is not the same because the 47 County Governments are not to be Controlled by Central Government before the Counties Governments have sorted up their new Governments with the new managements team led by Governors and their team in County Assemblies etc.Let Central Government keep off from County Governments leadership which are in the hands of Governors and their Assemblies Councils for their Regions. Good or Bad leadership must be known after this first stage of new Constitution leadership since 2013 onward has taken their term.By the way What has the Kenyan Central Government have to entering in other County Governments to keep Controls there which are in Governors Controls in their Regions? What is in Muslims Mosques for Central Government to interfere in Counties Authority? And how long those Mosques have been in Kenya? The Kenyans must know that Jubilee Government is not on Kenyan leadership but bringing Chaos for them to Confuse the County Governments leadership. Leave Mosques in the hands of Governors who will report all wrong altitudes in their Counties to the Central Government to know but not Central Government to be there to Confuse Kenyans. Swafaa Mosque should be left to the Regional leadership Authority of Governors and their team.(ITRS/SSR).
