KISUMU COUNTY CONFUSION::::::: At the assembly a motion is on to impeach the speaker. At the same assembly the Clerk has been sent packing. At the same assembly 808m. contract has split the PSB and assembly in general. The executive wing of the county has written to assembly on the same project. At the assembly Chief officers were never vetted and they are already working having taken oath. Meanwhile/:::::::::: The speaker has an order against the ongoing activities. Meanwhile the clerk of assembly equally has an order. Honestly where is leadership here? Can the Hon. Governor Ranguma , deputy Governor Ruth Odinga DG Kisumu, senator Hon Anyang Nyongo,senator hon. Jaber Nyar Henry and area Mps Hon. Ken Obura, hon. Olago aluoch, Fred Outa, Hon Aduma Owuor,Hon James Wambura Nyikal, hon Koyoo James Onyango as well as shakeel Shabbir step in and restore sanity?? These are shameful times for Kisumu county. What makes it so difficult for leaders to work together?
