KITCHEN SPOTLIGHT: Marcus Parlier ~ In the Chefs words: Im from the Hickory area. Ive always had a real passion for good food and beer pairings, which is why my being at GFB is a perfect fit for me. I am the Owner/Operator of The Big Cheese food truck in the Grace Chapel area and love serving the public. So far Ive had great feedback at @TheBigCheese. I have 10+ years in the culinary industry including two apprenticeships with a former head chef from Walt Disney World and from Chetola Resort. I am very happy to be a part of the GFB team, look for some exciting things to come from The Big Cheese and GFB!
