KKLA normally follows the same schedule as the Tangipahoa Parish School System as we both have the safety of our children and parents as our main concern. However, after paying close attention to the weather and seeing first hand the driving conditions in our area of the parish, we feel that the conditions will be acceptable to open and we understand many businesses will be opening back up that will require our parents to go back to work. As a precaution, we will have a delayed schedule and will not open until 9:00am to allow for any remaining icy roads to thaw out for our parents to have a safe commute to our center.
