The chic, black-and-white interior features elegant crystal chandeliers, paintings of talented French artists and glimmering glassware. Patrons can choose to be seated at the pool side, the verandah or the top floor. In Maison Francaise, Chef Franck Lamache serves classic French fare such as foie gras terrine, smoked salmon, seared glazed duck breast and bouillabaisse fish stew paired with an extraordinary wine selection. Guests can choose a three-, four- or five-course menu—followed by a perfect sweet ending made of Grand Marnier Souffle or Le Mont-Blanc.
