KMI Airport was ones again involved in the loading of six Rhinos from the KNPark, this is the third time we have assisted in such an operation, the Commander 15 ton pallet loader was utilized to make the operation of loading run smoothly. This is a delicate affair as the Rhinos are under sedation and could be stressful too - thus the manoeuvring of the pallets must be done with extreme caution and alignment. We took about two and a half hours to load. The Rhinos are on their way to Botswana via Maun and further on to their final destination.
