KNOW WHEN TO QUIT! We must be sincere enough to give utmost good effort and strive for excellence in whatever we commit and do. Know when to stop, when to move, when to hand-over- is pure wisdom and great leadership! The real function of leadership is to create more leaders. Always encourage and help youngsters to move forward and take-up responsibility. Lack of effective succession management is the tragedy behind the fall of many reputed organisations. Ego, complex, jealousy etc play the spoil spot in this regard. True leaders change/move/quit, but continue to inspire.
