KNOWLEDGE IS POWER....... If you still have in your cupboard and are using Iodized Salt (table salt), you need to toss that in the garbage!! Did anyone even ever think to ask...hey, what is iodized mean? Look things up that you are unsure of, educate yourself with the knowledge of safe, healthy eating for yourself and your family... Ever hear the term, what you put in, you will get out? You are, beyond a doubt, what you eat....
