KODIAK Boots Saved My Foot. A loyal KODIAK customer shares his experience with us: I just wanted to drop you a note and compliment you on your great boots. Growing up on a farm, I got my first pair of Greb Kodiak boots when I was about 12 years old. I have owned a pair of Kodiaks ever since. What is prompting me to write this note is an incident that happened this past weekend. I got a new pair of Kodiak boots for Christmas. I was cutting wood, when the chainsaw kicked back on me! The blade of the saw struck the toe of my boot, tore the rubber bumper and leather (of course), but the steel toe held up, deflected the saw and saved my foot form a major injury. Kodiak boots are comfortable enough to wear all day at work without compromising the unmatched safety factor.
