KOGI EAST REPRESENTATIVES ; CONFIRM, CRITICISE, ANALYSE AND RECOMMEND (Please be objectives) Last three years we voted some personalities to represent Kogi East (Igala/Bassa) at the upper and lower chamber of the National Assembly. I was able to get some of the acclaimed achievements of our representatives in other for the people to verify, analyse, criticise, and possibly recommend the way forward for yourself and people of your community without sentiments. HEALTH The ongoing construction of Model Health Clinic at Iyale. Provision of food stuff, toiletries and home wears to MoM Orphanage Home Otutulu in Dekina Local Government Area. He also influence MTN foundation to support the orphanage with lofty items. WATER -Two hand pump and one motorized borehole at Akakana, Bassa Local Government Area. Motorized borehole for Bassa Local Government Secretariat Oguma. Solar borehole at Oje-Aja Ahiaba in Dekina Local Government Area. Motorised borehole at Owala-Iyale in Dekina Local Government Area. EDUCATION He has provided reasonable numbers of Desks and Computers with Internet Facilities (ICT) to some Secondary Schools in other to meet up the Global Information Technology of the 21st century. -Provision of 110 Laptops to Kogi State University Anyigba with V-sat facilities and Internet Services as a model ICT through NCC Abuja. -Provision of 200 Dual Desks and 20 Staff Desks with Chairs for Our Lady of School (OLS) Anyigba in collaboration with MTN Nigeria. -25 set of flat screen Desk Top Internet Computers (ICT) with solar panels, printer, photocopy mechine and electric engine to OLS via NITDA Abuja. -25 set of flat screen desk top internet computers (ICT) with solar panels, printer, photocopy machine and electric engine to Special School Iyale via NITDA Abuja. -Provision of 110 set of flat screen desk top internet facilities, (ICT) printer, photocopy mechine and electric engine to Community Secondary School Iyale via Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF). -200 dual desks for Community Secondary School Iyale in collaboration with MTN Nigeria. The payment of school fees/scholarship for some students from his constituency. The ongoing constructions of three block of class room for Iyale Community School, Iyale in Dekina local government area and Government Secondary School (GSS) Oguma in Bassa local government area. EMPOWERMENT The under listed items are meant for the empowerment programmes for his constituency members. -30 Trycycle (Keke NAPEPs) -280 Jincheng Motorcycles. -200 Sewing machines -200 Grinding Engines He has sponsored the bill for the construction of Shintaku bridge and supported several motions. =================================== HONORABLE SMAILA INA HUSSEINA (Ofu, Igalamela-odolu, Idah,Ibaji) He enumerated his achievements to include; Seven motorised boreholes in Idah town, Four boreholes in Ibaji local government. Four boreholes in Igalamela/Odolu. Three boreholes in Ofu. He said he had renovated many primary schools, and empowered women and youths. “I have moved not less than 10 motions,” he said, adding, “the one that concerns you and me is that of the oil well in Ibaji we have been talking about.” - Hon. Inah “I have a paper on what is to be done about the oil, to give Ibaji its due,” he sad.
