KOREA: The Ferry Captain is covering his head in shame. The Owner - TopicsExpress

KOREA: The Ferry Captain is covering his head in shame. The Owner was openly weeping on international television, saying what happened was unforgivable. The School Vice Principal killed himself after he was rescued and so many of his students did not survive. That is their culture. Contrast that with America - Murray Energy and PB come immediately to mind. When companies cause harm to others, they stonewall, point fingers, blame the victims, or say its not a big deal. What is it about our culture that we cant say we are sorry? I know no one wants to get sued, but shouldnt you be able to admit you made a horrible mistake and say you are sorry?
