Analyze, document and propose solutions for large and/or complex business areas. 2. Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans. 3. Documenting or explaining complex business operations to software developers. 4. Complete all appropriate documentation required by the deployment team, and Application Management that will maintain the application. 5. Understands modern Microsoft Enterprise Technologies and possible implementation and integration scenarios 6. Preferably 8+ years of experience with development background and at least 3+ in communication platforms. 7. Develop advanced custom applications built on communication platforms SDKs. Building Custom software solutions with Unified Communications Managed API.
