KSAC continues to improve turnaround time for Development Approvals While the KSAC continues to be plagued by issues relating to Information and Communications Technology (ICT), the Council has been able to make significant advances in the development approval process. I am pleased to report that 95 per cent of development applications submitted to the Council for November have been approved and these have been processed within the stipulated 90 working days, as the Corporation continues its work to improve the turn-around time for development approvals. 27 applications remain in the system over (90) days which are largely due to outstanding comments/input by external agencies and while approximately 98% of these applications are awaiting comments/input from external agencies, we will continue working with these agencies to have these approved in the shortest possible time.
