We have attended nearly every board meeting in the last three years, and the gut-wrenching drop in the funded status of KERS non-haz has never been an agenda item for discussion of a proposed funding solution. Whats it going to take? We are unconvinced that suggesting a funding solution to the legislature is the equivalent of inappropriate lobbying.
