Kabimba orders Kitwe Judge to issue a bench warrant against HH Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba this morning personally called Kitwe High Court judge to issue a bench warranty against UPND president Hakainde Hichilema and have him arrested. Highly placed sources say Kabimba and PF in general are desperate to have Mr. Hichilema locked-up on any trumped-up charges as one scheme to knock him off from the pending presidential by-election. The Kitwe High Court judge ordered that Mr. Hichilema be hunted from wherever he is and be locked-up on the Copperbelt for allegedly missing a court action on one of the many cases he is being persecuted. But facts are that no court summons were ever saved on Mr. Hichilema relating to any court action on the Copperbelt. Highly placed sources now claim there were court summons against Hichilema but were instead put as news paper classified adverts in one of the government newspaper which the opposition leader probably never even buys. There is general panic in the PF with the increasing popularity of Hichilema, especially with president Michael Sata being completely in hibernation due to ill-health. Two weeks ago, police on orders from PF senior officials, wanted to plant incliminating documents on Hichilema’s residence but quick action by supporters prevented the search
