Kaitlin got out of icu and its like night and day! While in icu PT got her up stood and walked a few steps to the mechicnal chair. That was like watching your first born take their first steps. Had to force her to stay in the chair for a couple hours. Then found out she was going to the stepdown unit. They discontinued the Foley catheter. Just a little bit ago she had to pee for the first time and demanded to get up and walk to the bathroom, she did great (with help of course) I am not joking she is a least 2 more inches taller if not more. It was weird to stand next to her. Pain is a little better but has a hard time sitting straight up and still has a little trouble getting comfortable in bed. She is eating now. Things are looking up!!!!!
