Kale has been one of our favorite greens and here are many reasons why we love it! It tastes delicious, is low in calories, high in fiber, aids in digestion, high in iron, high in vitamin k, is filled with powerful antioxidants, is an anti-inflammatory food, has omega-3 fatty acids, can help lower cholesterol, high in vitamin A, high in vitamin C, high in calcium, and it is a great detox food because it is high in fiber and sulfur which helps detoxify and keep your liver healthy. Wow what a list, it is amazing what nature provides us with so put the pills down and eat some kale. :)
