Kaleidoscopic After the groaning tides shrink to size Once the silvery sheet is lifted by morn The sea stretches towards a blushing orb Pink and timid as flap filled skies awake. Then I fish through the golden waters Amidst the promises made in a long day As the net of hope is cast water is filtered I see the entangled fish breathe their last As the moon smiles with a naughty glimpse The waters change their color once again As the wilder waves wilder leap towards sky The dusk reminds me of vermilion dawn somehow One the assurance and other the pride of kept word As I look for a sheet on a stark moonless night.
