I still dont know what the exact controversy is, but as a person who attentively heard his speech from start to finish... I never found him talking anything but Nationalism. He never uttered the word Hindu or the like... Let me write below the major points he brought out in that speech of his:- 1. Who killed Rajiv Gandhi ? He said the tapes are now missing from the goverment but as he was part of the investigation he happened to see those tapes over and over again. While Rajiv Gandhi was on stage all the congress members were on stage wth him... The moment he left stage and walked towards the public none of the congress members who were on stage were with him..... 2. Why were the killers of Rajiv Gandhi forgiven? Only because Smt Sonia Gandhi forgave them? What about the poor wives of the innocent policemen who got killed there..... did anyone ask their opinion??? 3. Major Ravi vouched that in none of his movies smoking and drinking were allowed.. 4. Major Ravi talked about his experience in the army and talked highly of all his jawans!! Beyond these subjects... He hasnt talked anything there.. If i wasnt present there that day i also have believed that journalist. It is not the first time we have seen journalists misquoting....
