Karachi is no more the fun and exciting place it used to be. The fun of preparing for Ramadan, fasting, going for Taraveeh prayers and having Iftar parties is no more the norm. People who leave for work in the morning are uncertain whether they will come back home safely, while their families at home are glued to the tv for any breaking news of a blast, a target killing or shutdown of the city for any reason. Everywhere there is fear, sadness and mourning. This is not my Karachi :(
