Karaoke is a good way to relate development of the audio sensory and speech to the ability of the kid to sing, in this way the music and singing is significantly therapeutic. It is a sensory based development that offers the right tools to perform in front of an audience to build self esteem. Kids then identify with their surroundings through audio and speech, they sing loudly to draw attention and praise. Exercising the memory to remember familiar songs make the kid feel like they are a part of a group. The attention is positive when followed by praise and it is fun, self esteem is built with repetition in a particular activity and singing a well loved song. Singing is usually a good way to interact with the audience, this is a form of communication, and another way to communicate is to hold a conversation where both parties are involved. Body language along with eye contact holds a significant importance in communicating. Coordination skills develop while dancing and moving around. A good product for the kid to sing on is a small stage with a mic, a platform and possibly a band (guitar and drums). A small TV in the front so that the kid could read and sing at the same time, having the song with words on the words on the karaoke machine is better. Questions: 1. How do you think karaoke helps a kid? 2. Do kids love to sing? 3. What country is karaoke most popular in? 4. Who likes karaoke the most (father, mother, kids)
