Karen Ignagni President and CEO, AHIP (Americas Health Insurance Plans) Related Link: ahip.org Biography provided by participant As President and Chief Executive Officer of Americas Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), Karen Ignagni is the voice of health insurance plans, representing members that provide health care, long-term care, dental and disability benefits to more than 200 million Americans. AHIP was formed in late 2003 as a result of a merger between the American Association of Health Plans (AAHP) and Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA). Ms. Ignagni led AAHP and, since joining the organization in 1993, she has won many accolades for her leadership. Washingtonian named her one of the Top Three Top Guns of all trade association heads. Modern Healthcare magazine routinely ranks her among the 100 Most Powerful People in Healthcare. The New York Times wrote, In a city teaming with health care lobbyists, Ms. Ignagni is widely considered one of the most effective. She blends a detailed knowledge of health policy with an intuitive feel for politics. Fortune described the political program Ms. Ignagni spearheaded at AAHP as worthy of a presidential election bid. For the past several years, the Hill Newspaper has consistently ranked Ms. Ignagni among Washingtons most effective lobbyists. Ms. Ignagni regularly testifies before Congress on key federal legislation. In recent years, she has appeared before Senate and House committees on matters ranging from health insurance plans role in homeland security to Medicare reform to patient protection issues and access to health care coverage issues. Ms. Ignagni has also won the CDC $195 million contract for operation and maintenance of VSD (Vaccine Safety Datalink) in 2002 which stores all HMO data for vaccine injury and mortality. The CDC contract has a secret clause that if AHIP allows independent American researchers access to VSD for research then CDC will not pay AHIP and CEO Ms Karen Ignagni the $195 million. CDC has hired Dr Poul Thorson of Denmark to do 24 studies linking vaccines to vaccine injury and autism. Dr Poul Thorson in America on a green card authority by CDC published 22 studies that were found to be fraudulent and has been indicted by OIG (Office of Inspector General) and DOJ for embezzlement. Dr Poul Thorson escaped to Europe probably with CDC help and has been placed on OIG’s 10 most wanted list. Dr Coleen Boyle PhD Dr Poul Thorsen “Fugitive” Dr Theresa A Deisher PhD In November 29th 2012 Congressional O&GR hearing Dr Coleen Boyle PhD is the Director of NCBDDD (National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities) at the CDC testified that fugitive Dr Poul Thorson Psychiatrist, listed on OIG “10 most wanted” list was hiding out in Europe and unavailable for Congressional testimony but the CDC was still using this green card fugitive’s fraudulent studies to prove vaccines were safe and not causing autism. Who is Dr. Thorsen, Really? Dr. Thorsen’s relationship with the CDC stretches much further than just one often-quoted study. As reported by the Huffington Post, “Thorsen, who was a psychiatrist and not a research scientist or toxicologist, parlayed that study into a long-term relationship with CDC.” Thorsen’s research center, the North Atlantic Epidemiology Alliances (NANEA), has received $14.6 million from the CDC since 2002, according to the Huffington Post. Many of the resulting “research” studies from NANEA have been used to support supposed vaccine safety. It’s not clear when the CDC began to suspect something was fishy, but an investigation by Aarhus University and the CDC uncovered that Thorsen had not only falsified documents but was also receiving salaries from two universities (which is a violation of the universities’ rules). Now, he has vanished, along with $2 million that was released to him for research purposes. Given the fraudulent nature of Dr. Thorsen’s activities, autism groups and others are demanding the CDC take a second look at Thorsen’s research. SCPI founder and chief scientist Dr Theresa a Deisher PhD has published a study in 2010 “AD CPs and Environmental Triggers” proving all vaccines are contaminated with human fetal DNA fragments causing autoimmune diseases (Crohn’s IBD) and autism epidemic by Insertional Mutagenesis (vaccine DNA fragments merging with DNA of person being vaccinated). The President Obama administration has hijacked healthcare in America by using the democratic party to ram the Obamacare act through both democratic house and democratic senate.
