Karen and I are pleased to officially launch One Step Beyond one-stepbeyond As a UK non-profit website the aim is for professionals and families to work together in a multi disciplinary way to encourage and increase activities of children pre and post SDR. Our directory of services takes away the stress of finding reputable providers for children in the UK, by offering a search option to find the service near you. If you are using services which are not listed and would recommend to others please let us know either via email hello@one-stepbeyond or Facebook/Twitter @onestepbeyond14. Equally services are able to nominate themselves, by completing an application form. Over time we will expand the website to include features such as blogs, newsletters and a young peoples area. If you would like to be featured or write a blog please get in touch. We also have personal statements from the neurosurgeons in Bristol, Leeds and GOSH, read what they say in the clinicians section on the website. Many thanks to Dr Aquilina, Dr Edwards and Dr Goodden for their input. The interest and following so far has been outstanding with 181 likes on Facebook and 496 followers on Twitter.
