Karen is right. The factory farms are about as inhumane as they get. Oh and by the way animals are slaughtered is deplorable. A bolt gun to the head of a cow which doesnt always kill just stuns leaving them to be butchered alive. Pigs hung upside down on a conveyor belt as their throats are slit so they bleed to death. Chickens who are de-beaked with no anesthesia, crammed into battery cages and killed in a similar fashion as pigs. Male chicks sent through a grinder alive. Calves taken from their mothers right after birth and either crated to become veal or shot in the head with a bolt gun and skinned to make calfskin products. Have you heard enough? Dont get me started on fur. Caged and anally electrocuted. Dogs and cats boiled alive to make the skinning easier in China. I can go on and on. Glen Beck you are an ill informed man who doesnt know a fraction of the horrors that go on every second to keep humans fed and warm. Shame on you.
