Karpela Cont – for predator fishing Fisherman have long ago identified and studied the behaviour of predator fish. They know what type of baits predators prefer, most comfortable water temperature, seasons of best catches etc. Lately more focus was been paid to baits that attract predator fish with scent and not only motion. As an example a range of silicone baits with various scents called “edible silicone” of various forms and flavours was launched recently and proved that predators are attracted by smells. Now you can find a wide selection of attractants in gel or spray form that are used directly on predator baits, such as silicone, wobblers or spoon bait. The Karpela Cont is a means of transport of various attractants such as liquids, powders and gels. Placing the Container 3-4 cm. behind your bait will not only create an attractive scent from the outflow of the attractant from the container but also create a visual illusion that the bait is actually attacking another prey that creates and additional attraction for the predator. Even if it is a perch or pike that attacks its’ prey from a static position, the sight of a chasing fish provokes an immediate result – to chase away an intruder from the predators’ territory. We received patent protection in a number of CIS countries and Europe, including Ukraine.
