Kartel Trial: judge Instruct Jury To Determine Each Accused Fate Separately. During the Start of the vybz kartel murder trial defence attorney Tom Tavares-Finson questioned the judge on two things passed to him by the registrar during his summation last week. Finson, who was not present at court last Friday, told justice Justice Lennox Campbell that on at least two occasions, notes were handed to him through the registrar, containing corrections. Campbell continued his summation were he instructed the jurors to determine each accused fate separately, he also explained to them the relevance and importances of their opinion of the star witness as it relates his identification of the men on the night of august 2011, he advise them examine the relationship the star witness had with the accused men and how best he could identify them based on the light and other external factors. Justice campbell says that this identification even applies to the voice note and videos which were played for witness during the trial, he reminded the jurors of the evidence that the prosecutions star witness “Lamar Chow” says he was in protective custody. At this point defence counsel faces were not amused.
