Kashmir Relief: Popular Front collects 70 lakhs in Kerala Calicut: Popular Front state secretary K Sadath informed that the organization has collected over 70 lakh rupees trough its bucket fund collection throughout the state for the organization’s Kashmir Relief fund. Some have also deposited directly to the bank account opened for the purpose. Popular Front relief mission led by National executive council member M Abdussamad will use the funds for providing the basic needs such as food, clothes, medicine and shelter for the affected. The team will build houses for those who have lost houses in the floods. Money collected district wise: Trivandrum-542782, Kollam-578959, Pathanamthitta-117486, Alappuzah-352298, Kottayam-457828, Idukki-127160, Ernakulam-1156286, Trichur-481907, Plakkad-279690, Malppuam East-501515, Malappuram West-667895, Kozhikkod-719551, Wayanad-133605, Kannur-828974, and Kasargod-179717.
