Kashmir Singh Sohal ................Pcms Platform and pems platform ji, my job has been done easy by already conveying my feelings by Dr . Rimatbir Singh Bajwa and Dr.Sandeep Kaur Khosa.Division is of a structure which is already existing. In the absence of any association working in democratic way since 1989, we have tried and are trying to get the PCMS doctors United under the banner of PCMS-SDA Punjab.This association (not Dr. Kashmir Singh Sohal) is fighting for the cause of all the PCMS doctors .In the demand charter of association , we have tried to include each and every demand of PCMS Officers and association is fighting for these demands. So all PCMS doctors should support this association. This association is ready to cooperate with any doctors organisation fighting for the cause of doctors.Under its limited scope, PCMS-SDA is doing its best to fight for the cause of its members and doctors. But the doctors who expect support from association should also support the association and make it stronger. Without their support, the association cant support to the expectations of every doctor. If all the doctors support the association whole heartily , then nothing is impossible. Khud hi Ko kar buland itna ki .............. If you are a doctor, then please do not say bakwas to the activities of the association. Some thing is better than nothing. If you can perform better , you come forward we will support you. If Pcms Platform and pems platform both are doctors, then why division ? Why not doctors platform or government doctors platform ? If you cant do this, then why criticism of division of others. The experienced doctors should lead, guide, advice or should shower the words of wisdom rather doing criticism or discouragement.
