Kashmir is an international issue and it should be solved, Kashmir is not part of India or Pakistan nor is it an Independent country unless determined by peoples of Kashmir by a referendum .Until such time Kashmir has its own unique acceptance in European Parliament,OIC, and UK Parliament, because it being on the United Nation Agenda since 1948. No other state or Province of India or Pakistan has this status and also do not compare it with any other rebel conflicts or insurgencies around the world.Historically Jammu Kashmir state was part of Central Asia , but our neighbouring South Asian states invaded Jammu Kashmir many times.Before Akbar the great invaded Kashmir in 1586, Kashmir had its own empire history going back to five thousand years, .When British Raj in subcontinent ended on 15 August 1947.The citizens of state of Jammu and Kashmir are unfortuante people who have denied of this basic human right’’ The rights of self determination’’. The state of Jammu and Kashmir was forcibly divided by neighbouring states .Before the people could exercise their right of self determination.To date the state is forcibly divided between India and Pakistan and People of Kashmir had no opportunitys to exercise this basic human rights to determine their own future. We are Kashmiri struggling for our freedom and our rights for many years but unfortuantely we have to suffer more and more.We are unfortunate nation which is divided in four parts.Our neighbouring states promised the Kashmiries to protect their lives their liberties, their dignity and make for our liberty so and but did quite opposite to their promises. We have been deprived of our rights. No one will disagree that the human rights violations are taking place in all parts of Jammu and Kashmir. The people of kashmir have been suffering for more then half of the century and are in desperate need of justice and reunification of Jammu and Kashmir.
