Kashmir, the heaven established by Kashyap Rishis. It used to be the home for Kashmiri Pandits, But the Jihadists started killing them one by one. Those who survived, were forced to live their home and Kashmir. A painful story of Kashmiri Pandits of Wandhama who were killed in 1998. (Watch video below) The Jihadists had made a list of house of all Kashmiri pandits. In that list, one such home was of Dhar family. On 25th Jan, 1998, many Jihadists came to Dhar familys home and asked them to come outside and stand in a line. The Jihadists then started counting them and found out that one person was missing. That person was 14 years old Vinod Kumar Dhar who was hiding near house. He had understood that the jihadists had come to kill whole family and there is no chance of survival. He knew that he will not be able to save his family hence he had no choice but to stay quiet and save his life. The Jihadists then opened fire on the family. 23 Kashmiri Pandits were lying in pool of blood. This was an indication to the Government of India and to the Kashmiri Pandits, signalling them to leave Kashmir and leave behind their women. Similar such incidents are happening now in Kishtwad, Assam, West Bengal, Kerala.
